Services Offered
Winning Strategy provides strategic consulting services including, but not limited to, political intelligence, election campaign management, public relations, political marketing, and personalized advisory sessions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information to ensure effective service delivery. Delays or inaccuracies may affect outcomes and are not the responsibility of Winning Strategy.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client details or strategies without explicit consent unless required by law.
Payment Terms
All services are subject to agreed-upon fees outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Payment must be made in full prior to service initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Consultations must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Intellectual Property
All strategies, reports, documents, and content created during the course of engagement remain the intellectual property of Winning Strategy unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services. Winning Strategy is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results stemming from the advice or strategies provided.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice. Any major changes affecting clients will be communicated in advance when possible.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Winning Strategy operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate local court.
